Apr. 5th, 2009 07:50 pmMore success on the engraving; we've run some of the test designs, and they've turned out really nice.
On the other hand, the software does not seem to be capable of accepting new fonts and processing them correctly, despite the claims of the salesman that this would work.
For instance: we are currently not able to get an "O" to render properly, with the letter engraved and the "island" in the middle of it UNengraved.
Grrr.
On a more positive note, I finished a couple of commissions today, and made good progress on others.
