I got the word on my recent metal order today. Of 10 items, 3 of them are "special order," meaning an extra $20 milling charge and a couple of days delay in shipping. Honestly, that's not as bad as I feared. With the 14k palladium, that fee pretty much is noise compared to the price of the gold- while with the Argentium sterling, I ordered some extra and so the surcharge isn't that much per ring (I know I can use the extra later for my own projects).
