Alas! I am not finishing the mother's pin for my self-imposed deadline.

However, I am quite smug that the setting I made for the large central stone is now done (in terms of the hot work, anyway), and fits the stone like a charm... especially since I'd not made this type of setting before.

I plan on making some serious progress on this, and some other things, over the weekend. (Plus Xmas baking, of course!)
