Feb. 9th, 2009 08:14 pmI got some good work done over the weekend, despite my evil cold.
All the soldering is done for my first "Hugs & Kisses" bracelet. On the catch, I have two curly Xs bracketing a 18k gold bezel that will hold a natural sapphire cab, and 2 18k gold granules on either end of the oval. If I do say so myself, it's elegant and lush-looking... and will be even more so when polished, and with the sapphire set.
I also got most of the finishing done on one of my very belated Xmas gifts. :P
Both of these need to be basically finished, then go through the Argentium hardening process.
Plus, of course, various commission work. While I don't usually post about that, it does take the majority of my studio time.
