afmetalsmithI got some good work done today- some work on wedding rings (of course!), and work on 3 scent lockets, one of which is a commission that's been giving me grief for a while now (for no particularly good reason; just a lot of bad luck).
Anyway! The SLs are in the kiln annealing preparatory to baking them again to harden them- they're Argentium, and this makes a lot of difference.
Other misc. bits, too, both commission and not, so all in all a good day.
I need to spend some time tomorrow doing online work stuff now- I've got some emails to answer, and a certain hoard of Anglo-Saxon jewelry to look at pictures of- I'm especially keen to see the enamels and the zoomorphs.
Im also hoping to continue to get commission work finished up, because I have several non-commission pieces I REALLY want to get working on- a couple of which would be great to have up for sale for Xmas, if I can manage it.
